    Has anyone asked SDL whether the permits and conventions will be withdrawn if they don't meet the timeline for starting construction? They only mentioned a dateline in their presentation but did not say what will happen if they don't meet the dateline.

    The clock is ticking really fast and these clowns have not come up with anything concrete to pacify the investment community. That's why the sp keeps sliding.
