    Has anyone asked SDL whether the permits and conventions will be withdrawn if they don't meet the timeline for starting construction? They only mentioned a dateline in their presentation but did not say what will happen if they don't meet the dateline."

    It appears it is not discussed and find out. Is tehre anyone could throe some light?
