Here is a Biddy snapshot from my zone:
Melbourne.1 bedroom apartments in my building are heading south. 2010 record was 410k, lately 355, 390 then 380. Next week auction nothing higher than 350k says agent so far 6 years since the record. This is 10km from cbd, not where the cbd apartment glut is.
The 2 bedder broke the record at 520k. Weird.
