I can buy a house like that in my area for 480 Thou ! and my area is better than that one ! Just look around in Bris Burbs !From 290 to 440 average will buy you a home very close to the MI and rail ! Inner city is a ces pool imo No Quality of life imo , Peace and quite is the requirement imo !
