Putting interest rates to one side i see people investing in units which have a return which is so poor i wonder have they even looked at the figures.
How people see these units as an investment is beyond me.
We cant change the market so i feel sorry for people trying to buy a home at these prices but people hoping to make a profit in the unit market need there heads examined.
