The US and USD is very very un-healthy state and underlying problems arent improving but getting worse and worse day by day, since the 1930's the modern world only developed ways to hide there debt problems but not able to fix them, but for how long??? Smart moneys is already pulling out USD and into other assets like gold, the evidence is already there with declining USD over the past years, quick withdrawal of troops in Iraq shows how much the economy is under pressure... US will be in the same situation as Greece in the coming near future but no one will able to bail them out... Bankrupt country with worlds reserve currency just doesnt work, thats were gold will have a new role to play until another reserve currency of the world is found... US is like a person on a life-support machine, just sailing with debt, you cannot live with a life-support machine forever...
