    Someone's obviously looking for stock atm and U can drive a truck thru the MD. Smart money thinks POG is ready to break out and will be much higher by EOY. Maybe our own bear is gonna keep the other one at bay. Needless to say PGM can do ANYTHING from here from market cap 15 mill net of cash. Sure has that "insurance policy" feel with price below what the leaders paid in recent private placement.
