I like reading your posts but what I don't like is assumptions and calls that might or might not be fictitious.

It's far to early to assume the briquettes plant is or will be the only income stream the company is looking at.

As far as I am aware there has been no concrete evidence to suggest there is going to be a JV like what you have suggested by the company and to say with such certainty in your last post a 50/50 JV is very premature and could be misleading other readers.

There is a number of options moving forward such as debt financing after a PFS has be released.
