Schedule 1 page 24 in Notice of General Meeting reads :

"Consideration: Options issued as consideration for contractual services as representative of Local Mongolian Investment Bank who is seeking to develop the Nuurst Project, seeking development funding, obtaining necessary governmental approvals and assisting with development of financial models and financing models."

This statement reads to me a local Mongolian Investment Bank, now which bank is anyone's guess. When I was trying to connect the dots, our local non executive Achit-Erdene Darambazar based in Mongolia is the Head of MICC Investment Bank, Mongolia

I know what your saying about higher lending rates at local banks but it would make sence to utilise internal resources and links such as Achit to source funding. Terms of undoing is crucial IMO.

You maybe right, I'm only speculating on information available to me :-)
