Very very good announcement and yes this will build the case for "retrofitting" in the valley because this will give them the money to do so(selling their $4 coal for many multiples more)
ECT have pulled another masterstroke deal here and IMO the market will soon rate ESI a screaming buy as we are Now dealing with a Fortune 500 company that just happens to swallow OVER 200 million tonnes of coal a year.
Fantastic news for a company with a market cap of around $30 mill
