Seems like you've gotten carried away with your enthusiasm about the potential here, I'd argue that none of the above is possible if its true about the 1m2 limitation. I don't know if this is true or not but if the only information disputing this is your phone call with Victor then something smells fishy to me.
Judging by todays sell off and the purpose of this thread I'd say your disciples are starting to loose faith, maybe post a graph with some arrows pointing to $1
