as the chart I posted demonstates, restructures actually have no impact on the accuracy of charts. From doing these things for years it becomes obvious that key changes such as restructures and capital raisings are often priced according to chart derived price points.

It must be bitterly disappointing to the fundaental analysis crowd, LOL! Of whom I was one.

The same applies to major collapses in price.

The COH price fall on Wednesday seemed to stop in the middle of nowhere but $21.80 happens to be the 61.8% long term Fibonacci retracement for COH and the stock closed on $21.70 with the matchout. Close enough for a $7 fall?

This has subsequently broken. But even I couldn't believe it would do it having known that figure from shortly after the fall began. Hence I was too stupid (read petrified) to go short all the way down. :-(((
