"Cheers for the maths on the 0.045 percentage points there, mads, and true to topic, the tide is turning, thanks to our early action and globally speaking, best-practice management. We can also thank our world-class health system, quality of life and environment, etc for those numbers not coming through."
A somewhat strange application of the descriptor, "best practice management", I have to say, given that large parts of the parts of the country - where this was once ostensibly under control - are now going back into either full lockdown again (VIC) or on tenterhooks (NSW) again, and the rest of the country making sure that they want to have nothing to do with VIC and NSW.
Lockdown; open up, lockdown, open up, lockdown again, etc... at a cost of $250bn per year while we do so
Is that the path of "best practice management" going forward?
