We know Covid is particularly bad for people with certain pre-existing conditions, like diabetes.

But even for generally healthy people, we are seeing evidence of longer term issues. Ie. this isn’t the flu.

Both Covid and peoples pre-existing conditions need to be managed. They are not mutually exclusive.

My point is that for those other long-term health issues, they haven't shut down the economy and made millions of livelihoods dependent on the state.
