    Fundamentally, the most important issues for NCM are:

    -no more production cock-ups
    -lift in POG in AUD (not USD)
    -drop in cost of production and discretionary spending
    -retirement of debt
    -sale of assets that are not core to NCM's business plan.
    -lift in yield (2013 grey brigade need yield in lieu of low interest rates)
