I think Andrew's got it nailed strip technical analysis down to it's bare basics & you have 3 factors regardless where it is the chart always speaks in terms of
PRICE - VOLUME - TIME
right now & has been the case for a considerable period of time PYC lacks the volume to really warrant or give ground to heading in any direction. I gave up charting PYC along time ago for that very reason & i still see little point until the volume returns. It's all in the science & the current deals delivering desired objectives - tick those boxes & volume will come - then we have a valid point to step back & look at the technical issues.
