For the prefs they definitely seem so.
For the first time in several years, the prefs are gaining strength mid year.
In a dividend starved world, those yields are very attractive.
Unfortunately the prefs didn't fall back so i could top up further.
Still can't complain, good capital growth for me, and a yield on purchase price of nearly 14%.
