general market sentiment coupled with all resource stocks being worked lower having a large effect. Even the better quality producers (WSA, MGX etc) getting hit. Hard to expect that ORE would be excused.

Stil at these levels the announcement and the uptempo BRR would suggest that the Co. like a couple of its holders is worried about a hostile bid at these levels.

Nothing whatsoever wrong with the projects, cash, JV's etc just the market.
