Fair enough i think you will be surprised on points 1,2 and 3 they were also items i had on my list and im now very content with that side of it.
Point 4 -the market will build in the 200-250 million MC within the signings anticipated both ROW and chine between march and June.
Just the China confirmation and scope alone i believe will achieve this. The market does not wait for it to be build then reflect the value its built apon the signing.
Give them a call as well may take a while to get them but well worth it.
Your very conservative approach will balance this out nicely.
