TIE and WAF

Just had a look at WAF and on 23rd March they announced that Vanguard has become a substantial holder with 51,000,000 shares.

A few weeks ago we also had an after hours purchase of about 50,000,000 shares, if I remember rightly. Not enough to hit the 5% manditory reporting limit if it was a new share holder.

At the time there was a fair bit of speculation as to who the purchaser might have been, and surprise that there was no announcement. I am thinking that there is a smoking gun here.

Pure speculation, of course.
