Thanks for sharing. You're incredibly brave to be shorting a company which could pop on a takeover any day.
Hope your stops are guaranteed (assume you're using CFDs).

    On those points raised.

1&2) Might be worth noting the pending updated LOM here.

    3) We all agree that costs have increased significantly across the board. But some questions you may have failed to consider, is the capital intensity on the materials or labour? Critically, when did TIE procure their long-lead items? Have they paid for them?
I hope your research took you to the last few quarterly cash flow reports...

    4) Seems like an inane point because aren't all pre-revenue companies, regardless of industry and public/private in the same boat?
However, TIE has very clear near-term path to operating income in coming 3-6months. In terms of liquidity, with recent capital raise and approx 100m in the bank, the majority of the LLIs paid for, why on earth would TIE go back "a few more times". This is just wishful thinking.

    5) Think you're twisting words here. TIEs comms have been for a gold pour in 4Q not production, ie test run of the circuit. This has been discussed at length in other topics.

    6) Utterly bizarre comparison to SO4. Not worth expanding more on this point (KPMGs creditors report there for all to make their own judgements here).

All in all, I think it's highly likely you'll be burnt.
