So the us$490m is handed over even if they dont get licencing?…..of course not!! Maybe give the tiehms TICK thingy a rest until it is approved by the only authority that can approve it. Sort of sick of reading tiehms TICK comments when Tiehms has NOT GOT THE TICK yet.
