true. however correct me if i am wrong the sep court hearing is to decide weather or not to list thiems buckwheat as endangered, backtrack a couple of years and it was thought only 40 plants existed and they were under attack from rodents the chances of an endangered listing was very high, but hearing from bernard in this video they have now successfully grown the plant form seeds and have around 1000 plants, the question, is this enough to keep the plant off the endangered list, i would think probably yes
