This firm could be recapitalised like MTH which has a massive amount of shares on issue at 1.8bn (although less actually circulating for 2 years under the reverse deal/merger with Sun Minerals Pty Ltd).
This could treble in Mkt Cap and have 2/3 cash and 1/3 in value of assets (even that is still insane but there you go).
Build cash to AUD$14+ million/1bn shares on issue or a little over in the future.
- Drill Razorback West Silver Zinc Lead - Proper program.
- Drill Copper Blow IOCG - Proper program.
- Continue work at Wellington Gold - Proper program.
AUD$14m raised through general share cap raise and involvement of investors/investment banks/strategic funds.
No big stupid discounts to professionals. Not ok.
This can all be worked out.
Plenty of liquidity.
