and Running, I see that they have 2 Russian Banking  Investment Firms as their
Shareholders.

Doing a Search on the Russian Banking Companies

The Russian Direct Investment Fund ......$3.7 Billion

Between these 2 Investment firms they have  a bit of cash between them!

So What is the amount TIG will need to get the ball rolling?
