Russians bought in at 16.5 cents. Therefore have a need to keep TIG going and all indications are that they want (need) TIG to do it. However, USD are probably in short supply in Russia. My belief is only the Chinese can fund it, The West would look stupid funding a project in a country they are sanctioning.
It's a real fine balancing act. $US125MM from the Chinese would lift the SP and they might get their money back that way, please their friends in Moscow and get some real coal instead of their domestic rubbish. That's why I am staying in.
