There has to be Some financial banking Institute out there, but I can see also the reason why TIG are having a hard time, I think Coking and Thermal Coal prices range from $60-$80/Tonne and who knows how long its going to take to recover, it would be great if China (Baosteel Group), South Korea (Posco), Japan (Mitsubishi),and Europe biggest steel mill (ArcelorMittal) could get involved, We need one of those big Steel mill companies to buy into TIG .
