Banpu Said to Have Approached Hunnu Shareholders: AFR

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Banpu is understood to have approached large shareholders of Hunnu Coal about a takeover deal at least 25% higher than last closing price, Aust.
Financial Review reported in Street Talk column, without saying where it got the information.
* Deal may value Hunnu at A$375m, AFR reported
* NOTE: Hunnu shares halted from trading on ASX earlier
pending "significant corporate transaction"

to me the share looks to have astonishing upside potential and looks remarkable cheap.. A$54 Mill Market Cap looks out of proportion compared to its peers
