The quality is excellent!
The fleet of aircraft they use are all very new.
The service is excellent, and the hosties are really to die for hehehe

I fly often, and on longer trips ie 15 hours straight to Los Angeles or going to Europe I find it necessary to go business class because of the sky beds...makes the trip so much more enjoyable....BUT having said that, for shorter trips ie a few hours or so...you really don't feel any difference and jetstar asia or tiger air or dragon air etc are just as enjoyable..
