    I have heard 2 things:

    1. They wish to delay JORC a little longer to time with mining review - for the big bang effect I guess.

    2. The option funds are as good as in the bank. Someone has already given the nod on supporting this.

    I know more rumours but was correct on last couple and has come from same source.
