Generally, i would be the first to stick up for Tiger. However, we are talking about a man who makes 90% of icome from endorsements. He and his management team have modeled this squeaky clean image and sold it to major corporates who have banked on his image. Reading between the lines, it doesn't look like he was overly forthcoming towards the media and it seemed that he and his management were very controlling of the media, so much so, that he threatened to walk if he got certain questions.

On the whole i don't really feel that sorry for him. I know we all have our skeletons, but they guy has just become the first sportsman to earn $1 billion and 90% of it is because of his image that he has sold.

David Letterman on the other hand has never portrayed himself as a saint. I have watched him for about 15 years now and there is always that suggestiveness in his humour. He has always talked about his flaws and he definately doesn't make a billion from his image.
