in my experience a starting flowrate of 150 will result in a much lower recoverable than 700k net. ( even with a pump) as these wells have very quick drop off rates. If it averaged even 200 bps that's only 72k pee annum. If I was doing calculations on value I would place a very very small amount if anything on this.
