i8kangaroo, you might not be the only one who thinks mining experience on the CYS board is required. As part of the Zambia copper deal, the ASX announcement stated "Appointment of 2 board members to Chrysalis nominated by Zambian Copper."
I'm guessing they would be mining types? This will be made clear, if and when this deal is consummated. What isn't clear is whether or not these two proposed appointments are in replace of existing board members or are in addition to them?
