I'm not sure why people think FAR would have access to the specific details of this deal.

FAR: Wow. Thanks for letting us know. Now we can cap raise at an appropriate level that requires us to sell more shares for less money, thus diluting our business.

FAR don't get involved. FAR don't want to get involved. Because if they know details and they are material, they have to acknowledge them and act accordingly.

Sure the price dropped, but the oils still there.

They now know that oil in ground in the current environment is worth less than previously, but that's it.

Which I guess means they now will be much more focussed on going all the way as opposed to being taken out.
