It is definitely in anticipation of both the IRCM frack & potentially a positive update on the HCSS.
All the more encouraging on such a terrible day for shale stocks.
NWE has now bounced back to be higher than the peak of March and on increasing volume.
All good signs. We are on the way to +15 cents in the next few weeks barring a catastrophe.
