Yes but I am almost certain it wasn't a retail investor. The speed in which they moved to buy and sell orders around was too fast to be purely retailers. @stotes mate I am not sure how it works but if you could get some broker data from the start of this week to today and then from yesterday to today I would really appreciate it.
