Happy to help SG (or SB). Newcrest got fat and lazy with the high gold prices of past. And boyo boy did they get a wake up call. To their credit they have stirred from the hammock and doing a bit of work. It is, and will, pay results. They own enormous ore bodies containing a product that for thousands of years has been desirable. There will be ups and downs, naturally, but I suspect in a few years time there will be quite a few people kicking themselves by not getting in at these bargain prices.
