I don't see why there needs to be a placement.
BHP is funding the Newcastle Plant and testwork.
Ipso facto that means the associated overheads will be included in the cost....because that is all APG does...research....if all the effort is for BHP then the on- costs follow.
All the last fundraising should still be sitting in the bank!
I do not want to be diluted further!
