We are told that it has a maximum capacity of 700k ton/shipping season
Lets suppose that our shipping season is 13 weeks to be pessimistic
The port running flat chat would mean 46.2 k ton/week or 6600 ton a day or 275 ton/hour

A 40k ton ship would have about a turn around time of say 6 days
That would just fit 15 shipments (600K ton) per shipping season.

This means that the port would have to work 24/7 with no hiccups & no Vodka brakes, mate,
with the barges loaded waiting for the ship to drop anchor.

I know Aussies could do it but the question is, can the Ruskies?
