Agree sector lead very strange unless they it was split into financial institutions. It's easy to get a fund or financial institution to hold 4.9 % and pass it back when you want it for a fee of course.
Market flummoxed on it though could drop right back. I think mr market was expecting some direction on who it was and the pieces of the puzzle.
