well... there are only three options imo:
1. they struggling to raise minimum capital (bad for relisting)
2. they did raise min but want more (bad too as this will affect the SP on open)
3. as you suggest development behind scenes are going on and they want to have a nice ann prior to re-listing or shortly after to keep the momentum (would be lovely)
I do not hold PZR but bought into TikForce through IPO.
