As a major shareholder JT has the right as all shareholders to question the actions and subsequent unacceptable results of the current board, headed by DH, change is needed. And by the looks of it his actions have had the desired outcome, Peter Harley gone, David Harley to go. BTW JT has done the right thing by withdrawing the resolution. Now for a new fresh board, dont be surprised to see JT have his own selected person on the board. And despite what you think of JT, he does know what he is doing, and has numerous contacts in the mining sector, people with knowledge and significant cred. Hopefully now we cant get value for what GUN has. Time will tell.
