iic) I agree with Stephen. Still his comments landed him in hot water for blasphemy, not making libellous comments about an actual person
iid) 18.d is the litmus test, because there are people who make comments which are designed to directly impact another - HC is a good source of such material, and while I can handle my own there are people who cannot and do not deserve to be impacted by another in such a way.
