"ke ke ke" is adolescent Asian Gamer slang, as is "hu hu hu".
Maybe he is trying to be "hip"?
I don't think he understands the meaning, since it is usually related to the context of what is happening in the Game at the time.
Alternatively, he is just being childish.
I lean towards the latter explanation.
