The reality is that the whole MIS model basically " sucks " ..makes little difference who the manager is .

The TIM announcement just reinforces the obvious ..not good for anyone .

How could GTP survive in its current form ? and what about the " wonderful " TIM management ? The party is over in my opinion , at the end of the day Its the projects that had to perform .... none of them have ( or very few anyhow ) .
