Wow, the scientific luminaries on this thread are at it again, if they've ever stopped, they've dug up the old bone and are sitting out under a tree continuing to gnaw on it.
But in their lust for blood or at least for some meat on the bone, they now actually want scientists to dump the scientific method that has brought us to our current understanding of the impact of human activity on global warming, rising CO2 levels in the atmosphere etc, of which Flannery plays a part.
Who needs science anyway. Lets get back to the dark ages asap. Alchemy rules.
