Yes but they also cite the reasons why they have asked for an extension of the grant beyond that date . They are not drill ready .
I suppose a rig found to be able to do the job at half price would help but it seems they have a budget for what reserves they have . Only going on what they have said . I have thought about ringing KEN about that extension .
