actually, we did find something new on the report.
this was that the DD was actually completed and was successful.
we did not know this before the release, even though many of us had speculated that all would be well.
the second part of the announcement being the finalisation of the deal --- one would expect (just like the DD) that the loan will be successful.
together with the easing financial (bank interloan rates dropping each day the past fortnight) suggests this is closer to happening, than not.
a final comment on that director leaving --- how long was he there, 6 months? his contributions were not really there -- and yes, he may not have been the best fit of the team. i wouldnt read too much into it...
i am still optimistic on BRT, moreso than a few months ago...
