So you're saying that if they don't loan us the $4M and reach an arrangement with Benefactor then BW will use it to buy MFC off us? Most likely scenario in that case given they are the only ones who have done any DD - and realistically it would be impossible to find any other buyer in the time frame.

Could that even be an incentive not to agree an inter-creditor deal with Benefactor?!

I doubt Pitt would want to buy it so they need to be a strong back up option!
