Even if we paid Noble out for the convertible notes they still hold 12m shares.

Now they havent sold large amounts this year to indicate that they are looking at liquidating their position, so I dont mind one way or another whether we pay them out or they convert to shares.

Would probably prefer to pay them out. If we get this Blackwater deal and pay out the MFC loan and convertible notes, we will be left with a pretty clean financing structure.
This will be a good thing IMO.
